Q. What is the check-in and check-out time?
A. Check-in starts from 15:00 and check- out is until 11:00 noon.
*Please inform Hotel Terrace the Garden Mito in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Q. Do you charge any cancellation fee?
A. Yes, the cancellation fee depends on your reservation plan. Please refer to your reservation policy.

Q. What is the opening hours of the public bath?
A. Opening hours for public bath/sauna is 05:00~10:00, 15:00~01:00. 
Women have access to a mist sauna, while men use a dry sauna. 

Q. What is the child policy?
A. All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

Q. Can we request an extra bed?
A. Unfortunately, there is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Q. How much is the parking fee?
A. Staying guest can park at our car park with a fee of 000/per day

Q. Is there internet connection?
A. Yes, free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

Q. Which credit card type can I use for payment?
A. You can pay with Visa, Master, JCB, American Express, Diners, Nicos, UC card.
